# Diktator 2.2 (75)

Released September 5, 2026 for Apple silicon Macs running macOS 26 or later.

This release aligns the website edition's version number with the upcoming
Mac App Store 2.2 release. It retains the stable features of Direct 2.1 (70).
The two editions keep their separate licensing and macOS integration routes.

- Select a supported translation target independently of the dictation language.
  Available language pairs and quality depend on the model and translation method.
- Keep the improved text insertion, input-source setup, Free/Pro model selection,
  license status and localized activation errors introduced in Build 70.
- The app's 13 interface languages remain available. Experimental long-recording
  features from the separate development builds are not part of this release.

Known issue: Command-V may not paste a license key in the activation dialog.
Right-click the field and choose Paste from the context menu.

Build 75 lets existing 2.1 installations receive the version-alignment update.
